Der Prozessor im ET70 ist Intels sparsamer Atom N2600 Dual Core mit 1,6 GHz. Der ET70 verfügt über ein 7 Zoll kapazitives Touchscreen-Display mit 1024 x 600 Bildpunkten, das sowohl mit Digitizer Funktion als auch mit dem Finger problemlos bedient werden kann. Für die Kommunikation in Netzwerken hat der ET70 neben dem 1GBit-LAN-Port, ein 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN Modul und für die wireless Anbindung von Peripheriegeräten auch Bluetooth mit an Bord. Weiter lässte es sich optional mit 3G ausstatten. Umfangreiches Zubehör wie Ersatz- und Zusatzakkus, Ladestationen, Kfz- und Wandhalterung etc. stehen ebenfalls zur Auswahl.
